General, the online store
Online store products are sold by Neon Baits, business ID 26076468. We sell our products to individuals and businesses world-wide. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Products are mainly ordered via the internet at www.neonbaits.fi, make an order / contact us.
I have received huge amount of orders, so unfortunately I can't take more
orders for this spring and this also means that the order form it's not active at the moment.
All the colors in the color chart are sold at wishing shops all over Finland in 2016.
All the jerks which are made in 2016 are sold directly, orders will not be accepted.
Neon Baits manufactures lures intended for pike, pike perch (walleye) and perch fishing.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the products ordered and the estimated time of completion. Order confirmation requires notification e-mail address when ordering.
When the products are ready, we will notify by e-mail. E-mail also contains information on the payment order; subscription price, shipping rates and bank account number.
When ordering you agree to terms of order and delivery conditions.
Products and their postage are paid only to the product / products are ready. We will contact you via email when your order is ready.
Bank transfer, or when you pick up, the option to pay in cash. We ship the products when the payment appears on our account. We do not deliver products cash on delivery.
The payments are carried out in accordance with the order confirmation.
We ship products every working day. Depending on the bank connections it takes 1-3 days after you have payed the bill. Abnormal delivery times informed of the Neon Baits homepage.
Exchange and return policy
The customer has a 14 day return and exchange policy of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Return Policy applies only in the original, unused products.
Connect the return the following information:
Your name, address and phone number, bank account number and a copy of Neon Baits order confirmation.
Problem situations transport and defective products
If the product is lost in transit, damaged, or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must notify a defect immediately to email@example.com.
Notice of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, must be made to a claim to the post office.
We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. Customer must accept our order by the then-current terms of delivery conditions.
Neon Baits handles all customer information as strictly confidential.
Neon Baits undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.
